"Helpful for getting around with my dad, though not always perfect"
I use cabify now and then when I’m out with my dad, who can’t walk very far, and it takes a bit of stress off my shoulders. Most drivers have been kind and patient when he needs extra time getting in, which matters a lot because I’m usually a little anxious about holding people up. The app is easy enough to use, and I really appreciate being able to message the driver about where to stop.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the experience can depend on the car and the driver. One time the driver missed my note about needing room for a folded walker, and that was frustrating because it made the ride feel more difficult than it had to be. Still, compared with regular taxis, cabify has generally made things feel smoother and more manageable for us.

"Safe Enough, But a Bit Fast"
The ride was okay overall, and I didn’t feel unsafe or nothing, but the driver was definitely going a little too fast for my liking. Got where I needed to go, just wish it had been a bit more relaxed.

I booked a cab for my airport pickup, but it never showed up. I tried reaching out to support, but they were really slow to respond and not much help at all. Frustrating experience, especially after a flight 😩

I’ve used Cabify a few times for corporate travel, and overall it’s been okay. The cars have mostly been clean and comfortable, but the wait times can be a bit unpredictable. Receipts also sometimes take longer than expected, which is annoying when you need to submit expenses. It’s not a bad service, just average, and some of these little hassles feel avoidable.

I’ve used Cabify a few times now and overall it’s been okay, but the pickup accuracy has definitely bothered me. One time the driver stopped around the corner even though I’m sure the pin was in the right spot, and it just made the whole thing feel more stressful than it needed to be. The drop-offs have mostly been fine, but once I ended up on the wrong side of the street, which was a bit annoying. It’s not a terrible service, I just feel like it would be a lot smoother if the pickup and drop-off locations were more reliable.
"Scheduled ride never showed up"
I booked a cabify ride the night before for an early airport trip, and everything looked kinda fine at first. I got the confirmation, the trip showed up in the app, so I figured I was all set.
Then morning came and no driver showed up. The app just kept saying it was searching, and the pickup time slowly passed. I ended up running outside to grab a random taxi and almost missed my flight.
I just don’t really get the point of scheduling a ride if they can’t actually send a car when it matters. Support wasn’t much help either, so I don’t think I’d trust cabify again for anything important.

"Not really comfortable with my data on Cabify"
I used Cabify a handful of times, and the rides were okay, but the privacy side of it just didn’t sit right with me. The app seems to ask for a lot, and I kept wondering where all my information was actually going. Something about it just felt a bit off.
I also tried to update or remove some personal details, and it was way more confusing than it should’ve been. When I contacted support, the replies felt like copy-and-paste answers and didn’t really clear anything up.
For an app that handles rides, payments, and locations, I feel like security and privacy stuff should be really easy to understand. I don’t feel confident using it anymore, so I’ve stopped for now.

I’ve been using Cabify mainly because it usually gives me a few different ride options to choose from. Some days I just want the cheapest car, and other times I need something a little bigger or nicer if I’ve got luggage. The app is straightforward, and I haven’t had any major issues so far. That said, I do sometimes wonder if the quality is always consistent from one ride to the next, so I still keep an eye on the details before booking. Overall, it’s been handy for everyday trips.

The driver helped me with my luggage right away and didn’t make a big deal out of it. i was a little suspicious at first because I’m not used to people being that helpful without some catch, but it was all fine and the ride went smoothly

"Support sorted out my fare issue really quickly"
So I had this thing after my ride where the fare just looked off, and I was like, wait, that can’t be right. I messaged Cabify support not really expecting much, or at least expecting it to take forever, but they actually got back to me fast. They looked into it, explained what had happened, and then sorted the refund without turning it into some long complicated back-and-forth. it was a relief. Kind of made me feel a lot better about using the app again.

"Trust your gut with pet rides"
I booked a pet-friendly Cabify for my dog, but the whole thing felt a little awkward. The driver seemed annoyed as soon as he saw my dog, even though I’d clearly picked the pet option. The car was clean and the ride itself was fine, but the vibe was just uncomfortable. My instinct told me quickly this wasn’t the best setup, and I’m not sure I’d use it again when traveling with my pet.

I’ve used Cabify a few times now, and the rides themselves have been fine. The drivers I had were nice enough and I didn’t have any real issues getting where I needed to go. My main problem is with the pricing. A couple of times the estimate showed one amount before I booked, but after the trip it ended up being higher, and I couldn’t really tell why. If there are extra fees or changes, I wish the app explained them more clearly. I don’t mind paying a fair price, but I want to know what I’m agreeing to before I book. It just makes it harder for me to fully trust the app.

I had to get back into my Cabify account and redo the verification, i was ready to be annoyed. But nope, the code came through fast and the app just let me in without turning it into a whole thing. I was kind of rushing too, so I really appreciated that the steps were super clear. No random errors or anything this time, so yeah, smooth experience.

My driver was on the phone for most of the ride and just seemed annoyed the whole time. I get that people have off days, but it made the trip feel awkward. Am I wrong for thinking that’s not really okay during a ride?

The car was really clean, and the seats were super comfortable. The driver clearly took good care of it, and the whole ride felt easy and relaxed. I got out feeling calm and happy with the experience.

My ride got cancelled at the last minute, which was annoying. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but I expected the refund to come through a little faster. It did eventually get sorted out, but the wait was a bit frustrating

"Weird route made me rethink using Cabify"
I used cabify recently and the ride itself was fine, but the route the driver took was confusing. He went all the way around through busy streets instead of taking the faster way I know, so the trip ended up taking longer and costing more than I expected. Not a great experience, and if this happens again I’ll probably just switch to another app

"Fine when it works, but the waits are stressful"
cabify is okay when you actually manage to get a car, but lately it’s been taking way too long. The app will say a driver is on the way, then suddenly cancel, or the wait time jumps up out of nowhere. I ended up waiting almost 25 minutes for a really short ride and nearly missed my train, which was kind of embarrassing because I’d told people I was already on my way. The prices are decent, but the availability just doesn’t feel reliable anymore
